      Verdict

      COPIA VERBORUM was a 33/1 chance when scoring with a bit in hand at the Curragh and with progress guaranteed can remain unbeaten. The odds-on Cape Of Good Hope appeared to have every chance in that event but had no answer when the winner went past and dropped to fourth. Decisive Action was also an outsider when making a successful start on the same track in May though that was over 6f on heavy going. Heavenly Rainbow battled to victory over 6f at Fairyhouse and his subsequent run at Leopardstown can be forgiven as his saddle sipped. The Galileo colt South Pacific cost a staggering one million euros and is related to five winners, two of them at Group 1 level, so watch the market for clues.
