Halling Dancer had the run of the race when scooting clear to score down the 'golden highway' of the Lingfield turf course recently and is one to note off the bottom perch. However, MY KINGDOM landed a competitive Newmarket handicap in good style to notch a deserved success after a string of consistent efforts, fending off a promising three-year-old in the shape of Nardin in doing so. A mark of 77 looks perfectly fair and he's taken to follow up. Good Luck Charm is respected but has more to do than when scoring at Brighton last time, whilst it would not surprise to see Balty Boys in the mix despite topweight. He's gone really well the last twice and Richard Hughes has been snapped up for the ride by connections.
