Verdict

The form of G Man isn't quite as interesting as the form figures suggest but he's improving gradually and it's very much in his favour that both outings have been at Brighton which should help him handle this idiosyncratic venue. The Wallace Line should progress for a mid-division finish behind Downturn in a Sandown maiden whilst Zain Zone, yet to operate over further than the minimum trip, is an unknown quantity stepping up to 7f for the first time. Tamayuz Dream needs to progress on previous efforts for Mark Johnston so THE ALAMO is the one to be with. The High Chaparral colt, unfancied on his Sandown debut, was noted making steady late progress to finish less than four lengths behind the more experienced Zeshov. Improvement is assured and he can land yet another juvenile success for the Hannon team.
