In depth

Verdict

Having already won the Amateurs’ Derby and the Jump Jockeys’ Derby here this year, C'est No Mour bids for an unprecedented hat-trick in the Apprentices’ Derby under Kieran Shoemark. Bazooka arrives off the back of a win at Ffos Las bit would have preferred even more rain to slow down the others. COMPTON MILL was probably a bit of his depth last time at Haydock but wasn’t disgraced over a trip that was beyond his best. He won earlier at Leicester, however, and a repeat of that effort would put him right in the firing-line here. Fair Power still has stamina to prove over this distance and Golden Wolf tries 1m4f for the first time while Whinging Willie hasn’t won in 11 previous tries on this track.
