In depth

Verdict

Lynwood Gold made a very impressive debut on fast ground at Epsom and didn't get the run of the race when subsequently beaten on softer going at Leicester. He's likely to make a bold bid though HOUSE EDGE caught the eye in no uncertain terms at Sandown a couple of weeks ago. Michael Bell's grey never got into contention but was staying on when the race was all over and looks a nice prospect. Handsome Bob wasn't beaten far over 6f at Carlisle and is much more likely to appreciate this trip so could prove best of the remainder.
