Appletreemagic has had little respite from the handicapper since winning here back in 2009 and Silly Dancer's latest victory came in the same year, though she showed signs of a return to form at Cork last week. Metropolis also went close when last seen at the track in September but has yet to win in 25 starts so HARRY DAYS is the tentative selection in an open race. He scored over C&D in November and registered his best effort since over a longer trip here a fortnight ago. The five-year-old makes more appeal than Private Ryan, whose earlier win here looks like a fluke on the evidence of a recent dire effort at Naas.
