John Oxx has his first runner of the year in POUR DEUX and hopefully the 260,000gns yearling, who is still in the Irish Oaks, can get the campaign off to a successful start. Although beaten in all three starts last year she was always more likely to make a much better three-year-old and was beaten by two potentially useful fillies on her final start. Dermot Weld brought Don Camillo here for his debut in December and he did himself justice in what looked a very strong maiden. He'll do better this year while Master Of Mayhem looks comfortably the best of Ger Lyons' newcomers on breeding as he's closely related to five winners and out of a Listed winner.
