APPOINTMENT ONLY showed little in three maidens so it was a surprise when he came with a late run to catch Dark Alliance, who runs earlier, over 7f here. The assessor hasn't gone overboard with a 3lb rise and a follow-up looks on the cards. Mr Ormsby is making his debut on the surface but is only 1lb higher than when scoring at Killarney in July while Live Twice chased home two Ballydoyle inmates in a maiden here on Friday and makes her handicap debut from what could prove a lenient mark. Keukenhof went up 8lb for scoring over the course and distance in July but ran better than her finishing position suggests on a return visit the following month and hasn't had much racing so she can do better.
