CHUMMIE hadn't shown much until runner-up in a similarly moderate nursery here ten days ago when Stop On Red was a close third and the favourite Rich Law No Law well behind. The former is on the same mark and a similar effort would probably be good enough. Brosna Empress had looked a certain future winner when beaten a nose at Cork in September but hasn't made progress though the step-up in trip should suit. Valderrama found heavy going against him at Gowran but needs to prove he acts on this surface as does International Lady, who has moved from Richard Fahey.
