The first two reserves, Temasek Star and New Direction, would have to carry huge weights if getting a run but neither could be discounted in this low grade contest. Duchessofflorence scored over 1m2f here in November but her most recent runs suggest she should do better reverting to this trip. Asian Wing has won five times around here and stays further. He hasn't been in the best of form but has dropped in the weights accordingly and this could be his day to bounce back. OUR RACHAEL has never won in 17 career starts on the Flat and over hurdles though she's produced several runs that would give her a fine chance here. She's run quite well in both starts on the track and gets another chance to gain her first success. Indian Tomahawk has won twice around here but is taking a huge step up in trip.
