Lord Cooper is upped 6lb after opening his account over 6f at Kempton while Imperial City ran poorly at the same track last time having gone close at Leicester before that. Chelmsford winner Bruny Island never figured at Newcastle last month and sports a hood for the first time so preference is for GERALDINE. She ran well in a higher grade at Wolverhampton recently having scored at the same track earlier when beating Seprani and looks worth another chance in this.
