Verdict

Prince Of Fashion won this a year ago and though he's 3lb higher he's been running well enough to consider for the double. Prince Of Fire scored over hurdles in August and followed up over 1m4f here in October. He hasn't run since and this may be just on the short side. Beat The Ballot looked very progressive at the end of last year and his latest run in January when virtually pulled up has to be ignored. Shukhov has won twice over the course and distance but is now high enough in the weights while General Bunching has been raised an astonishing 13lb for his victory three weeks ago. WREKIN ROCK, twice a winner at the Curragh last summer, returned from a spell of hurdling to run well behind El Salvador last month and looks on a winnable mark with Ian Brennan's claim a bonus.
