IRISH CHIEF and Chicago Black Hawk have similar profiles, both well exposed and making their debuts on the surface. They've also been well supported and let backers down but their overall form suggests they should fight this one out with the former getting the nod as he came up against a smart one at Navan last time. Captain Attridge also has his first start here and he made a promising start at Roscommon and didn't appear suited by front-running at Down Royal. Alpine Sierra has a bit of form on the track though the main threat may come from the newcomer River Eden, a daughter of Invincible Spirit out of a Listed winner.
