In depth

Verdict

Plenty of these have been in good form over the winter including EACHARN, who scored over 6f last month in between a couple of fine runs over this trip. He was possibly a bit unlucky last time and can get back on the winning trail. Tom Dooley was returning from a break in that latter event and caught the eye with a late run so the eight-times winner has to be considered from this sort of mark. Fashaar has been making good progress and there was plenty to like about his victory last month. He's only 4lb higher so has to be on the short-list along with Diable d'Or, who was conceding him 3lb and only beaten narrowly so must have a chance of reversing the form on these terms. Dandys Gold was having her first start on the track when a very good sixth behind Jon Ess in February and Dylan Hogan's claim is a bonus.
