Red Cymbal dropped down to 5f for only the second time in his career last week and gained a surprise but comfortable victory though has been raised a massive 13lb. LAPILLI, who was beaten almost 4l, will be that much better off so gets the nod. The latter finished runner-up in an earlier race behind today's rival Bambari when the 100/1 chance Hot Stuff was a very close third, Ken's Sam's fourth, Eleuthera close-up fifth and Bellick, who missed the break, further behind. Blastofmagic was beaten a length by Pillar in November and is on a fair mark nowadays though badly drawn while both Danz Gift and My Good Brother have won six times around here.
