Broadway Musical has shown a bit of form on this track, though over longer trips in handicaps. El Dem I ran quite well behind Tirghra here in November and might have needed her run a fortnight ago though she was eight lengths behind runner-up SAGA DIAMOND. The latter started favourite after a very promising run in December and, though unable to cope with the late thrust of Balmont Blast, that sort of form should be good enough for this. Whippers Dream could only stay on at one pace in a 1m2f maiden last time and may not have the speed for a mile.
