SONG OF LOVE gave supporters of the odds-on Arif a fright over this trip three weeks ago so it was a surprise to see him drop back to 6f a week later. He couldn't cope with the pace of Five Claws on that occasion but the winner is well regarded and time may tell it was a good effort. That winner is trained by Mick Halford, whose Hat Alnasar made a promising start in what looked a decent maiden here earlier this month. Park Rebel caught the eye on his debut at Leopardstown and started favourite for a maiden here in December but didn't come up to expectations. Behind Bars has finished fourth in both previous starts here over 6f and a mile but is comfortably held by the selection on the latter run.
