Brokopondo battled to victory over 1m2f here in November and didn't get the clearest of runs on his only subsequent start last month. Moving On Up just failed to hold the late thrust of Cape Explorer over 1m2f last week and has her first start over this longer trip while CRISTY'S CALL was in cracking form at this time a year ago and the assessor has been dropping him slowly. The latter gets the nod in a tight handicap though Scenic Star has only raced here twice and finished runner-up both times. The lightly-raced Sir Raston is one of the few with scope and showed up well on his debut on the track in December so a big run is anticipated.
