KAGNEY looked as though he was about to land the odds at Listowel when travelling well but found little in the very testing ground. He is given a chance to gain compensation in what should be much better conditions. Little Bleu made a reasonable bumper debut at Bellewstown though her future looks to be over fences so Cadeau Du Bresil may prove a better alternative despite a disappointing run when well supported at Sligo. Ciaoifsin had shown some promise here and at Kilbeggan but never got involved at the latter track on his latest start.
