COULEUR DE LA LOI has been running well enough in better maidens to suggest he can gain the first success of his career here. Noel Meade and Tim Carroll successful joined forces in this last year with Gloonan Hill and team up with Kid Curry, who must be considered though his best effort was over 2m4f at Down Royal a month ago. Henro Boy has to concede weight all round thanks to a bumper victory in August. He was strongly fancied to land a tough handicap at Naas last time but couldn't quicken and is another who is probably better over further. Killegney has one good effort to her credit but again that was over a longer trip and she has an absence to overcome so a bigger threat may emerge in the shape of the lightly-raced Mayo Mystique, who let her supporters down at Tramore on New Year's Day when she may have found the ground too testing.
