CHAMPION BOY carried Nina Carberry to victory over Shahrafi in a ladies' handicap at the Curragh and should get a positive ride here from the experienced Leigh Roche. The runner-up is 3lb better in for just under two lengths but that may not be quite enough to make up the deficit. The veteran Man Of Aran has dropped to a very reasonable mark these days and he wasn't beaten far behind Phantasy Rock at Wexford last time. He can get involved along with Lough Ferrib, though the latter's best efforts have been over further. The three-year-old Hey Bosco has been staying on steadily over shorter trips and looks the type to be suited by today's distance, especially as he is now on his lowest-ever mark. High Cian must be considered as he was having only his second start in a year when a good fourth over two miles at Wexford last month.
