Verdict

First Post won nine races on the Flat in the UK but has only shown a glimmer of ability for new connections over timber. Cest Notre Gris has yet to score in eleven starts over hurdles but has produced a couple of decent runs and is on his lowest ever mark. ANGUS MILAN gained a comfortable victory over the track and trip before finding 2m4f beyond him at Navan. He was travelling well in that latter event before fading and, back over his best trip, can return to winning ways. Dragon Khan had run 27 career starts before finally getting off the mark at Thurles last week and is turned out again quickly from a 7lb higher mark. He'll like the conditions and is an obvious threat to the selection.
