Plenty of guesswork involved here and the market will probably be the best guide, though there are a few likely candidates. The Golden Cue could go well at a price given he’s a full brother to a 5f winner. The Dark Angel filly DARKANNA cost £205,000 at the sales last year. She’s out of a Mujadil mare so should have plenty of speed and her yard won this in 2015. Paul Hanagan’s mount can see of Dahik, who is a half-brother to six winners, and Central City. June Dog has already changed hands three times but his price has increased each time so there is cause for optimism.
