    Verdict

BASHIBA has won three times around here and didn't take to Tapeta on his reappearance. He's generally competitive at this level and his rider has won on him here in the past so he gets the vote. Requinto Dawn is 5lb lower than his last victory a year ago and his young rider's claim takes him onto a very lowly mark while Canford Bay beat Nibras Again a length at Ripon and can confirm the form despite the revised terms. Zamjar is back on the same mark as when last successful though has never won after a break unlike Boundary Lane, who scored at Ayr on her debut a year ago but doesn't look well handicapped. Secretinthepark was engaged in the 2.50 at Beverley yesterday.
