Ice Planet, Trojan Flight and Glencairn Star are the three against the field in this wide open sprint handicap. Trojan Flight was thought to be a soft ground lover but recent performances have suggested that fast ground is no hindrance to Lynda Ramsden¿s sprinter. Having won at Beverley, he was denied a clear run at Redcar last time but finished close up. He should go well, a remark which also applies to Glencairn Star. He was staying on really well close home at Thirsk last time, but was narrowly beaten by No Grouse. He will go well. For the selection though, we turn to Ice Planet. He has not finished out of the frame in his last three starts, and was not beaten far by One Way Ticket at Ripon. That form was franked when the winner won again, and Ice Planet is taken to resume winning ways.
