A wide open sprint handicap in which many can be given chances and the draw could be all important. Fire Up the Band looks the one to beat he was a good second on his last run behind Zargus and a reproduction of that form would see him go close but he has 276 day absence to overcome. Loyal Tycoon is a stable companion of Fire Up The Band, he has been in fair form on the AW and he could go well if he produces the same level of form on the turf. Pedro Jack is another fit from an Aw campaign and he won well at Wolverhampton when defeating On The Trail. He is well weighted for this contest and has definite place claims. Armagnac is another worthy of consideration he goes well fresh and the booking of Kevin Darley catches the eye. James Stark is another who could go well he is well weighted on his best form but he has become disappointing on the AW of late. Blythe Spirit is from a shrewd yard and is also well in on his best form and any market move should be noted. Mister Sweets won a maiden at Lingfield last time out in good style and the booking of Kieren Fallon catches the eye but this is a much more competitive contest. Of the remainder Jedeydd and Soba Jones are from yards in form and it would be no surprise if they showed improve form here.
