Verdict

HEBRIDES has won three of his five starts, primarily due to the intelligent race placement of William Haggas and this is another contest in which the Mehmas gelding should prove competitive. He's shown a good attitude in landing two successes this term, is suited by this specialist trip and is up an acceptable 6lb for his three runs this term. He also looked unfortunate when beaten less than a length at Chester latest. Hello Zabeel appeals as the prime threat as he also has optimum conditions, whilst Dance Fever is steadily descending the weights, whereas the handicapper probably has Tommy De Vito in his grip. Therefore, Exminster is seen as next best after compiling a useful profile this term apart from a relatively modest effort last month at Pontefract.
