Verdict

Fareer had Balcarce Nov behind when winning a Listed handicap at York last season and comes here off the back of some decent efforts in Dubai. He is probably the one to beat here but several of these are closely matched on their best form. Set The Trend won at Ascot in August and The Rectifier landed a Listed race over this trip at Windsor last June. Off Chance is a model of consistency and goes well fresh so should give Duran Fentiman another good ride but we'll stick with ST MORITZ, who got off the mark at the first time of asking for Dandy Nicholls at Ripon earlier this month and won't be inconvenienced by the drop in distance.
