Regal Realm is talented-but-inconsistent and has a penalty for her victory in the Oak Tree Stakes at Goodwood last month. She had both Inetrobil and GAMILATI behind that day but the Godolphin filly had her excuses as that was her first run for six months and her first on Turf for a year having won twice on Tapeta at Meydan over the winter. She never figured from a wide draw but it shouldn't be forgotten that she won a Group 2 as a juvenile and Mahmood Al Zarooni wouldn't be persisting with her if it wasn't worth the effort. She can recoup losses though Sentaril is interesting as she was second over this trip in the Jersey Stakes at Ascot in June and may have found York's 6f too sharp next time. Radio Gaga, the much-improved I'm So Glad and the Irish filly Coolnagree have each-way claims while tough handicapper Bonnie Brae looks the best of the older fillies but needs it softer and three-year-olds tend to dominate this contest.
