In depth

Verdict

The Steward has only gone up 3lb for winning at Musselburgh, when the hard-pulling Wilhelm Vonvenster was fourth, but needs softer ground than he’ll encounter today. BESTIARIUS is 0-12 but can finally get his head in front over timber after placing yet again at Kelso last month off today’s mark. Seaborough has also been frustrating to follow but Good Bye is interesting having been lightly raced this season.
