Proven on the ground and in top form is seems folly to desert BELLE ROYALE. Mark Brisbourne's filly has improved leaps and bounds, rising from a mark of 65 to 92. Her new perch demands more improvement in this better race but she has lots in her favour. Eucharist may be the pick of the Hannon pair, although more rain would be a question mark for a horse whose dam hated the mud. Ragsah got the job done at Kempton with little fuss and a mark of 84 may be lenient, whilst Fifth Ave and Azzurra Du Caprio are consistent and gutsy and hard to shake off. Honeymead remains capable of better, however the bigger dangers might be Child Bride off her light weight for a stable that won this last year or recent Ffos Las winner Luv U Too who may be underestimated by many. The ground looks likely to be an issue for Bakoura.
