Euchen Glen has been in terrific form and has won a couple of Group 3 contests since landing a handicap at Haydock in September. Sam Cooke went close at Ascot in July and has his first start since but KINGSBROOK arrives on the back of last month’s victory in soft going at Newmarket on his first attempt at today’s trip. There looks more to come from him over the distance and he’s preferred to On To Victory, placed off similar marks in all three outings so far this year. Tulip Fields beat Dash Of Spice over track and trip earlier but Eagle Court is upped in distance and class bidding for a hat-trick. Catterick winner Beechwood Jude and Aasheq are others facing more difficult tasks today but Hiroshima is still improving and Torcello went close at Newbury on last month’s belated reappearance.
