    Verdict

    Polish beat a horse rated 82 easily enough at Salisbury last month but that still leaves Roger Charlton’s progressive colt something to find with BOMBYX. Rated 98, the latter wasn’t beaten far when fourth in a Listed race at Goodwood last time and is the one to beat with a similar effort. Mobham made a promising start in a Goodwood maiden race but Natural History has plenty to find with the selection on last year’s form. Contented and Clooney look up against it.
