Verdict

Spirit Kingdom made all over 7f at Kempton last week but had a tough race. Rainbow Girl may well improve past him today as she was doing her best work at the finish when third over a shorter distance at Brighton on her debut. Sir Ox and Sword Of Gold have yet to threaten but the latter’s stablemate Space Traveller is a newcomer to note along with Monsieur Piquer and JABALALY. Ed Dunlop’s colt is a half-brother to three winners including the useful Listed winner Tabarrak and gets a speculative vote to make a winning start.
