Just Hiss beat this week’s Goodwood winner Truth Or Dare at York two runs ago and ran another blinder from the front off a 5lb higher mark on the Knavesmire last time. But he could face a battle for the lead from Awake My Soul and this trip stretches his stamina. Zwayyan has his first try over 1m2f but acts in the soft. Al Destoor was just beaten at Hamilton after winning easily at Chester but this is a huge step up in class for Brighton maiden winner Another Eclipse. ERIK THE RED, second in the November Handicap here last year, has been highly tried this season but is starting to slip down the weights and his latest effort at York was more encouraging. Berkshire is a very smart performer when everything falls into place but he’s not really fired so far this campaign.

Al Destoor 4-1 (10-2) Held up, ridden and headway on outer over 1f out, ran to go 2nd towards finish, not reach winner, 2nd of 8, 3/4l behind Be Perfect (9-9) at Hamilton 1m 4f hcp (3) gd in Jul.
Just Hiss 9-1 (9-0) Soon led, headed 2f out, chased leaders, ridden over 1f out, kept on towards finish, 4th of 14, 3/4l behind Chiefofchiefs (8-9) at York 1m hcp (2) gd in Jul.
