Verdict
Jim Bolger won this three times in succession from 2011 before Kevin Prendergast halted the run last year. The former is represented by Tribal Beat, a son of Street Cry and a half-brother to the useful miler Tasaday. He'll be ready for this though Prendergast's BEBHINN has a pedigree blessed with pace being the first foal of a 6f two-year-old winner from a very speedy family. She's handed the vote though Willie McCreery's La Tendresse is another filly who should be speedy. Greyscape is by the sprinter Dark Angel out of a very speedily-bred mare so he's another who should have the pace for this.
