Dermot Weld has put a 10lb claimer on board the returning Zafayan and the move could pay off as the six-year-old is reasonably consistent at this level. Mandatario doesn't win often but connections will be hoping the ground stays quick while Modem hasn't won since 2015. Shadagann arrives in top form having won over hurdles at Wexford but SUPREME VINNIE looked in even better shape when storming away at Killarney a fortnight ago and is taken to follow up. Whiteout, a Grade 1 winner over hurdles, would be a threat if the ground turns testing while Micras battled to victory at Clonmel, though has more to do in this better race after a 6lb rise in the weights.
