In depth

Verdict

A tight looking handicap but Ronan Whelen's claim may just swing things the way of STONES PEAK. Pat Martin's mare loves testing ground as she proved at Navan last week where she beat a big field in convincing fashion. Red Sea Poll, who finished third, is entitled to get closer on these terms and looks the main threat. Mrs Batt will probably attempt to make all but she appears better over further and though well enough treated with her rider's claim taken into account she doesn't win often. Topadee appeared to need every yard of Limerick's 7f last month and has never raced over a trip this short.
