Black Magic Woman found Group 3 company too much for her at Fairyhouse after completing a double over 7f and is 7lb higher than her last victory. Too Precious completed a Dundalk four-timer in November over longer trips and ran over 2m there last time. Her stable companion Waitingfortheday was behind Black Magic Woman at Gowran but CRAFTY MADAM (NAP) gave notice of an imminent victory when beaten a neck over this trip at Leopardstown then beat Surrounding a short-head over 7f here. The runner-up has won a Group 3 subsequently so Ken Condon's grey can go in again. Dame Kyteler was impressive in a Tipperary maiden and could have got in lightly while Leagan Gaeilge ran her best race over this track and trip on fast going in May.
