Verdict

MAYFAIR SPIRIT continues to improve and won a higher grade contest over track and trip last month. The return to fast ground is not a problem and Charlie Fellowes’ charge can record his fourth success of the year so far. Military Tactic will likely improve back over a mile and handicapping for the first time. The Godolphin colt looks a bigger threat than another handicap debutant in Mutasaamy, who has been gelded since last in action. Power Player ran well in novice company here earlier but the remainder are harder to recommend.
