ICE COLD IN ALEX has won three times here and run several good races in defeat. He's 4lb higher than his last victory in June but will have been sharpened up by two runs at Cork. Verhoyen has gained all of his three Turf victories on this track and is slowly dropping to a winnable mark as is Half Nutz, whose last four runs have been in similar handicaps at Naas where he's been running well. Godhead ran a fine race for new connections at Leopardstown while Imposing Supreme was a close third behind the selection here last year and struck form with a double at the Galway Festival.
