In depth

Verdict

Aidan O'Brien reaches for a visor in an attempt to get a race from Blackstone and, as he was staying on over a mile at Cork, this longer trip should see him in a better light. Leliani looked green on his debut over this course and distance but stayed on once getting the hang of the job and will have derived considerable benefit from the run. System Overload showed enough on his debut here in October to be sent off favourite on his reappearance at Naas but found a mile just too short and couldn't catch Kerkeni. He looks certain to be thereabouts but the one to be on is TARZIYNA, who made her debut at Cork last month and was travelling well when denied a clear run or she may have made a successful debut - compensation awaits here.
