Premier Rouge was in cracking form at this time a year ago and though much higher in the weights he showed when returning with a close third to Sugar Baby Love at Leopardstown that he is still capable of winning from this mark. LEAH CLAIRE was the one who caught the eye, however. Twice a winner last season she was noted making steady headway from the rear and still looks well treated. Imprudent Miss has a fitness advantage over many of these after two good runs on polytrack at Dundalk while Sovento is at last beginning to find the kind of form that brought success in Germany.
