High Cian was an odds-on chance when beaten narrowly on fast ground over the C&D in October and was again favourite when fourth on much softer going here last week. He should be winning soon but may have to wait for a handicap. Lockdown was beaten a long way over 2m4f at Navan last time but an earlier effort behind Johnny McGeeney over today's trip at Naas suggests he can get involved at the business end here. Marlos Moment looks a threat as his close third to The Pier at Thurles in January was a good run and he hasn't been disgraced in decent maidens subsequently. He was four lengths in front of BAILY GREEN when behind Flemenstar at Navan recently but Mouse Morris' charge was having his first start since December and may just have come on enough to take this.
