Still Standing landed a Naas Listed contest two years ago but hasn't won subsequently and has been running poorly over hurdles. His stablemate Aesop has been lightly raced and is the type to improve while Comfort Line came out best of several of these who ran in the Irish Lincoln having finished a close third. The latter had a fitness advantage and hasn't proved he stays this far but Persian Queen certainly has having landed a Naas maiden on heavy ground. STARTING MONDAY ended last season with a victory over 7f on heavy ground at Galway then reappeared at the opening fixture at the Curragh with a comfortable victory over a mile on testing ground. This will be his first start over today's trip but he can come through with flying colours.
