Valbucca ran well on his turf debut at Roscommon recently showing better form than he had done on the Polytrack at Dundalk previously but needs to improve further to trouble the judge and of more interest is MAKE ME A STAR, who is preferred to Dainty. David Wachman's filly has the benefit of experience over the selection and has been good enough to be placed on a couple of outings earning a rating of 82 but preference is for Make Me A Star. Tommy Stack can do little wrong with his runners of late and the daughter of Galileo makes plenty of appeal on pedigree so she may be worth chancing first time out. The other two runners in the race, Eazyfindher and Victorian Lace make limited appeal and it is hard to get away from Make Me A Star.
Victorian Lace (IRE) 16-1 (8-11) Prominent, 2nd halfway, ridden and lost place entering straight, no impression from 2f out, 7th of 15, 13l behind Redzer Gazgoff (9-6) at Gowran Park 1m 1f hcp 50-70 gd in Apr.
Dainty (USA) 16-1 (9-0) Chased leaders, 3rd entering straight, soon ridden, kept on same pace in moderate 3rd final furlong, 3rd of 11, 5l behind Awe Inspiring (9-0) at Cork 1m 2f 3yo fll mdn gf in Apr.
Eazyfindher (IRE) 33-1 (8-11) Mid-division, briefly short of room early, soon 11th, kept on same pace under pressure from 2f out, 9th of 15, 7l behind Shareen (9-0) at Killarney 1m 3yo mdn aut gd.
