      Verdict

      Akamanto's victory last season was in a seller and last week's Carlisle success was in a lower grade than this from 5lb lower. Ice Canyon lost his maiden tag over 1m2f here where he battled on strongly and though Benadalid has been running well this will be his first start at this trip. AIRMAX (NAP) is improving and wasn't beaten far in a tight finish at Haydock over slightly shorter. He'll need to step up again but looks to have every chance of doing so and earns the vote. Monaco Rose doesn't win very often and ran poorly last time.
