Sound Advice won this last year but is 4lb higher today having scored again here on his latest start with Ice Slice back in third and Fuwairt, Lat Hawill, Gabrial's Kaka and Hillbilly Boy all further behind. Mount Tahan was runner-up at Chelmsford last time and can confirm running with Viscount Barfield in the process of running a big race but it could pay to stick with FASTNET TEMPEST (NAP). The latter went close in the Spring Cup at Newbury before winning the Victoria Cup at Ascot a fortnight ago and Franny Norton knows his way around here as well as anybody.
