BOSSIPOP wasn’t beaten far when only fourth over the minimum trip here last week and this return to 6f will suit Tim Easterby’s charge. He’s due to be raised 3lb after this and can take advantage. Red Pike won at Catterick two runs ago and is preferred to Sound Of Iona, who has proved best over 5f so far, while Yolo Again has slipped down the weights but recorded her last couple of wins on the all-weather. It was soft going when Stone Soldier won here last year while Sommer Katze, a dual novice winner at Southwell last term, is worth noting on his reappearance.
