Blue Echo represents the value in this contest and she is nominated over Ripples Maid, Lady Grace and Song of Passion. The selection ran well at York last time when she wasn't beaten far in fifth behind Northern Fling. She has a good low draw and she looks the value call. Ripples Maid has the form to win this but her draw is a big negative and at the forecast odds this course and distance winner is opposed. Lady Grace ran well in a Group 3 contest last time but again the draw could have been kinder to her. Song Of Passion disappointed last time at Pontefract and is hard to recommend on the back of that effort. We will therefore stick with Blue Echo to land the prize.
